Discipline 04

Logistics, Entertainment & Consulting

The practical layer: what arrives when, where it goes, who moves it, and what should change before the next event runs.

Event logistics

Logistics is the difference between a site that builds in a day and one that builds in three. Our work here is unglamorous and specific: sequences, inventories, access windows, and a schedule everyone delivering to the site has actually seen.

Entertainment services

Operations support around the performance

SAS supports the operational side of entertainment programming: advance coordination, arrival and departure timing for performers and crew, secure access routing, back-of-house layout, and stage-area staffing.

We work with the production and talent teams you already have, and take on the movement, access, and staffing problems that sit between them and the venue.

Consulting

Problem-solving, not a slide deck

Our consulting work is operational. It ends with documents your team uses on site — position maps, briefing sheets, sequences, and checklists — rather than a strategy summary nobody opens again.

  • Operational reviews

We attend or study an existing event and return a specific list of what to change, in priority order, with the operational cost of each.

  • Workflow design

Position structures, briefing formats, radio protocol, incident escalation, and documentation your own team can run without us.

  • Planning support for internal teams

For organizations with in-house event staff, SAS works alongside them on the parts that only appear at scale.

  • Pre-season readiness

Site walks, plan updates, and briefing materials prepared before the calendar starts rather than during the first event.
