Event Staffing & Guest Services
Supervised event teams for organizers who need positions filled by people who understand the plan, the site, and who to call when something changes.
Roles we staff
Staffing is not a headcount problem. It is a structure problem: the right roles, in the right positions, reporting to someone who can make a decision at eleven at night when the last shuttle is full and the lot is not empty.
- 01
Event managers
Own a venue, a zone, or a day. They hold the run of show, run the briefing, and make the calls that keep the schedule intact.
- 02
Operations supervisors
Cover a defined area with a fixed set of positions under them. They handle staffing gaps, breaks, and escalations without pulling the producer in.
- 03
Team leads
Work a cluster of positions — a gate bank, a shuttle stop, a concourse. First response for guest issues and position changes.
- 04
Guest services staff
Entry, wayfinding, information, accessibility support, and queue management. The people who determine what your event feels like.
- 05
Transportation coordinators
Shuttle stops, load zones, driver communication, and dispatch timing at the point where the plan meets real vehicles.
- 06
Operations specialists
Credentialing, radio management, access control support, and the roving coverage every large site ends up needing.
How the teams run
Structure before headcount
Role planning before headcount
We start from the positions your event actually needs — gates, lots, shuttle stops, credential points — then build the roster and the supervision around them.
Briefed, not just booked
Every staffing plan includes a pre-shift briefing tied to your run of show, a position map, radio channels, and a written escalation path.
Deployment schedules that hold
Shift windows, break coverage, and position handovers are documented so the plan survives a fifteen-hour day and a late departure.
On-site accountability
Positions are grouped under leads and supervisors, and you talk to one SAS lead. Changes reach the field through a single channel.
