Event Work, Run Properly
We staff events with people who know their position, their supervisor, and what they're allowed to decide. If that's the way you like to work, we'd like to hear from you.
Roles we hire for
Our teams are built in layers: staff on position, leads over clusters, supervisors over zones, managers over the day. People move up that structure by being dependable, not by waiting for a title.
Event Managers
Own a venue, a zone, or a day. Comfortable holding a run of show, briefing a team, and making calls under time pressure.
Operations Supervisors
Cover a defined area and a fixed set of positions. Handle gaps, breaks, and escalations without waiting to be told.
Guest Services Staff
Entry, wayfinding, information, and queue management. Patient with people, clear under pressure, reliable on time.
Transportation Coordinators
Shuttle stops, load zones, and driver communication. Able to keep a loop moving when the schedule slips.
What the work looks like
- Shift-based work tied to event calendars, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Outdoor work in real weather, on your feet, across large sites
- Radio communication and a defined chain of command
- Pre-shift briefings and written position assignments
- Opportunities to move from position staff to lead to supervisor
What we look for
- You show up early and you tell someone when you can't
- You give clear directions to strangers without losing patience
- You escalate the things that matter and handle the things that don't
- You read the briefing before the shift, not during it
- Prior event, hospitality, transportation, or crowd-facing experience helps but isn't required
