Who we are
Complete Event Solutions
SAS Management Group is a full-service event operations company. We plan the operation, staff it with supervised teams, move the people and vehicles, and stay accountable for how the day actually runs.
What we do, plainly
Organizers usually have the creative part handled. What they need is someone to hold the operation: the schedule, the movement, the positions, and the decisions that have to be made quickly and correctly at the worst possible moment.
SAS takes that role. Depending on the event, that means running the whole operation, managing one discipline within a larger production, or supplying supervised teams that plug into a plan your organization already owns.
We work across festivals and concerts, sports and air shows, corporate and trade events, and civic and community programs — environments that share a single requirement: large numbers of people moving on a schedule.

Event management, staffing, transportation, communications, site infrastructure, crowd operations, and planning — the full mark, and the full scope.
Operating standards
Five rules we hold ourselves to
These are not values on a wall. They are the specific habits that decide whether an event runs on schedule or spends the evening reacting.
- 01
Plan in writing
If it is not in the run of show or on the position map, it is not a plan. Verbal agreements do not survive show day.
- 02
Push authority down
Supervisors are given decisions to make. Escalation exists for exceptions, not for routine questions.
- 03
Own the transitions
Doors, set changes, breaks, and departure are planned first because they are where control is lost.
- 04
Stay until it is clear
The event is not over when the show ends. It is over when the last vehicle leaves and the site is handed back.
- 05
Debrief honestly
We write down what went wrong, including our part in it. That is the only way next year is better.

Sister company
NDL Parking Group
Parking operations, lot design, and vehicle throughput planning delivered by a team SAS works with directly on shared event sites.
On sites where parking and event operations touch — which is most of them — having both handled by teams that plan together removes the seam where guests usually get stuck. When it makes sense for your event, we bring NDL in. When it does not, we work with the parking operator you already use.
